Full Boar Oil Tools, Inc. was founded in 1983 giving us many years of experience as the frac valve leader in our industry. We have the only 11 turn frac valve in the oil & gas industry, and the first internal equalizing valve ever used in the field. We feel our valve offers superior performance and safety during the frac process. The shorter amount of time it takes to close a valve can be critical if you have an emergency on location and need to get the well shut in. These few seconds could literally be the difference between life and death for workers on a well site.
VALVES.....
All of our valves are manufactured in house and have a 7 1/16 bore through the main run. This enables you to set test plugs, as well as allowing the tubing wrap-around to pass through the frac tree.
In addition to our own line of frac valves, which are manual or hydraulic, we also carry 3 1/16 10k, 4 1/16 5k - 15k, 5 1/8 10k & 15k, 7 1/16 5k - 15k frac stacks accompanied by 1 13/16, 2 1/16, 2 9/16, and 4 1/16 wing valves, manual or hydraulic. To compliment our frac valves we also offer ground manifolds, zipper manifolds, mono line, frac heads (4 and 6 way), accumulators. hammer iron, and frac ball catchers.
What We Offer....
We can provide installation with our knuckle boom crane mounted trucks, as well as nipple down using hydraulic torque wrenches. In addition to our equipment, we can also provide torque crews for nipple up and nipple down.
Our employees are trained and certified in twenty three different subjects including SafeLandUSA, H2S, Hazard Communication, Fire Safety Awareness and First Aid/CPR. We also subscribe to ISNetworld and PEC/Veriforce for all safety reporting.
